Sponsorships of individual dogs, in any amount $50.00 and over, will be recognized by placing your name on the Labs for Adoption page under the sponsored dog until he/she finds a home. You can also donate in memory of a dog you've loved or in memory of or in honor of a beloved human. Be sure to include the name of the honoree, and name and address of who would want to be notified of your generous gesture. We don't mention the amount you've donated in these notices -- just that you've given to our Labs in honor (or memory) of an individual person or four-legged friend.

ADMISSION TO CFC. We have been admitted to the 2009 Combined Federal Campaign as a member of the Animal Welfare Fund for the National Capital, Potomac and Chesapeake Bay areas. CFC is the world’s largest and most successful annual workplace charity campaign. Last year, the CFC of the National Capital Area raised $62,733,354.00 for non-profit organizations. You can pledge as a Federal civilian, postal or military donor during each campaign season (September 1st to December 15th) to support us. If you don’t work for the federal government, please SPREAD THE WORD to those who do, that Lab Rescue is now a member of the CFC. Watch for our representatives at your agency’s CFC Campaign kick-off event. Here’s your chance to learn about the plight of so many Labs, the lifesaving work we do and our critical need for funds.
